TREASURY ANALYST - London (1 day a week in office) - 60K

The Role:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible daily cash management, payment processing, and heading up efforts to launch and maintain process flows for the electronic filing of payment backup and bank account creation documents.

The Treasury Analyst will be a valued member of the finance team and a key contributor to efficiently and effectively growing the treasury function.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash and liquidity management functions
  • Forecast and monitor cash position
  • Provide actual vs. forecast cash variance analysis
  • Initiate templated and untemplated wires using bank portal software
  • Ensure processes adhere to internal policies, controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Manage excess daily cash balances
  • Recommend new process flows to efficiently process
  • Provide reporting for all funds transfer requests sent to the treasury team by internal parties
  • Support the execution of capital markets transactions
  • Interface with corporate FP&A to provide forecast information and to obtain information and/or decisions needed by Treasury
  • Liaise with auditors and internal parties regarding bank account transactions, payment backup documentation, and bank portal access entitlements

The Successful Applicant

You will ideally be a certified treasurer with a minimum of 5 years treasury / cash management experience from a large organisation. You will be a strong communicator and a self-starter looking to make improvements.

You will have strong systems skills and be used to working in a fast paced organisation.
