Graduate Trainee Group FP&A Analyst

The company
Progressive organisation with a great opportunity for a like-minded and driven individual to join the in a newly created role to support the FP&A Manager and be mentored and trained.
The role
You will work with the FP&A Manager and build relationships with Sales, Marketing and the wider finance team. The role will include:
Assisting with the monthly financial reporting process
Supporting the creation of high quality & detailed variance analysis reports
Providing insight on business performance
Looking at potential areas of growth for the business
Assisting with the production of forecasts, budgets and long-range plans and analysis.
Assisting in the execution of the annual budget process and forecasts.
Assisting with the improvement of current reporting practices
What you'll need to be successful
A driven and ambitious individual you will be a recent graduate ideally with a degree in Mathematics, Finance or Accounting and be looking for your first role in Finance. You will already have looked at the various options and with your degree have exemptions on studying ACCA / CIMA. Good communication skills and an ability to work with people from all walks of life.
