** Temporary HR Operations Executive - Reading - £18.00 to £20.00 Per Hour - 3 Months Initially (Could be Temp to Perm) **

The company & Role

Working for a telecoms business the HR Operations Executive will be required to coordinate, action and close out the end to end HR Administration activities for all UK whilst working in support of the UK and global teams in line with policy, procedure, audit and legal compliance

This will include the full employee lifecycle: on boarding, documentation management, query resolution, employee letters, supporting compliance audits etc.

What you'll need to be successful

The ideal candidate will have good experience in the following areas: -

  • Document Management

  • Compliance

  • Be thorough with Pension regulatory laws, Insurance, calculating and understanding the logic behind redundancy pay

  • Employee contract and offer

  • Support in Employee Engagement, induction etc.

  • Ideally to have supported with Performance Management
