Our Client & About the Role:
I’m delighted to be working with this very prestigious and high-end organisation who are going through a very exciting stage! As the temporary HR Advisor, you will be supporting the HR Business Partner, the wider HR team and your client group.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include: -
- Supporting with various HR projects including: - Mental health & well-being and employee engagement.
- Assisting with low to mid-level ER issues.
- Coaching and mentoring line managers regarding policies and procedures to see they are adhered to.
- Dealing with HR generalist queries and ensuring a swift resolution.
- Be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s values.
What you will need to be Successful:
Previous experience withing HR including some ER support, be genuine, friendly and collaborative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels, have a keen eye for detail and must pride themselves with accuracy and attention to detail.
