Interim Accounts Payable Specialist - circa £20 per hour, based Slough, Berkshire

The company

Impressive brand with modern office and great working environment based in Slough are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist during a very busy period. Great opportunity for someone with P2P experience who is available at short notice to join on a temporary basis and work with the business for an initial period of 3 - 4 months.

The role

  • Processing purchase invoices

  • Processing employee expenses

  • Processing of credit card transactions

  • Processing supplier payment runs

  • Diligent management and archiving of AP related documents

  • Reconciliation of vendor statements

  • Deal with vendor queries

  • Management of AP related KPI reporting

  • Maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations

What you'll need to be successful

You will need to be immediately available or available at short notice and be able to commit for a period of circa 3 - 4 months. In addition:

  • Experience of working in accounts payable

  • Experience of working with P2P workflow solution

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Self-motivated and pro-active

  • Good analytical problem solving ability
