Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hybrid
Delighted to be partnering with this global business again and work with them as they seek to appoint a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist. An already well established and impressive business now undertaking a transformation they are set to grow their tech team and so require someone with experience in the recruitment of technology people to join them at this exciting time.
This is a hands on role in which you will:
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders
Take full briefings on role
Advertise, shortlist, send rejection letters, conduct screening calls with all potential candidates
Develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies
Identify, attract and successfully hire into roles across the business
Looking for additional areas from which to source talent pools
Working across approximately 25 vacancies at anyone time (although there could be more)
Use social media tools to enhance recruitment
Assist with building and improving the Talent Acquisition strategy and processes.
What you will need to be successful
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
Experience in Tech recruitment across the UK
Ability to build relationships
Record of accomplishment of hiring
Ability to improve processes
Able to communicate effectively
Understand the business needs.
Have a network of technology based people that you have built and therefore could potentially reach out to
