Tax Manager – Reading (Hybrid) - £70,000 - £80,000

This is a key role within the European Tax Team, involving tax reporting, compliance, transfer pricing, and global advisory projects for multiple entities across Europe.
The Role
Main Functions
- Manage a team of 2 and report to the Senior Tax Manager
- Prepare and review tax provisions for US GAAP and statutory accounts
- Liaise with external advisors on UK and Ireland corporate tax returns
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements
- Assist with global tax advisory projects
- Maintain tax governance frameworks and handle tax audits
About You
You are a qualified Accounting/Tax professional (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA) with experience in a large multinational or accounting firm. You have significant tax accounting experience under IFRS and knowledge of UK/European tax legislation.
Special Requirements
- Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to the US
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
