Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Reading, Berkshire


The company

Exciting time to join this global business and they continue to move forwards with a large transformation and are looking for someone from a project management background to work with them and have oversight of projects ensuring their successful delivery.

The role

Define and scope benefits for change

Work with stakeholders and projects teams to ensure best ways of working

Management of the resource allocation

Develop and deliver projects plans

Maintaining project documentations

Manage risks

Ensure projects are delivered on time

Advise and coach the Talent and project managers

What you will need to be successful

A background of working in project management and being able to manage a number of large scale projects at the same time. You will have worked in a project management capacity or on consultancy basis and be able to communicate effectively with leadership teams.

Excellent communication skills are paramount as you will not only be working with leadership teams but also need to "push back", hold the team to account and do this in a diplomatic and calm way.

Excellent experience in leadership, coaching and ability to think analytically.
