Impressive organisation who have already experienced huge growth over the last 6 months and are looking to now increase their staffing levels and hiring someone with experience in Tech recruitment. Whether you are working for an agency in tech recruitment or are already working in an internal recruitment / talent acquisition team looking for a new challenge this role requires someone to deal with high volumes.

The role

  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Identify, attract and successfully hire into roles across the business
  • Looking for additional areas from which to source talent pools
  • Ensure that vacancies are adverted and on brand
  • Use social media tools to enhance recruitment
  • Assist with building and improving the Talent Acquisition strategy and processes.
  • Aim to improve the utilization of ATS.

What you will need to be successful

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

Experience in Tech recruitment - international experience is requirement

Ability to build relationships

Record of accomplishment of hiring

Ability to improve processes

Able to communicate effectively

Understand the business needs.
