Talent Acquisition Manager - Hybrid Working

Near Uxbridge

Salary: 45,000-55,000 plus benefits

The company

Are you currently working within Talent Acquisition ? Do you have experience of working within a professional services environment ? Do you have the skills and background to deliver successful hiring as well as a background in putting ATS, process or systems in place, Would you want to work for a well-established professional services organisation who due to current and future growth plans are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager into a newly created role? This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Talent Acquisition to join a business that is friendly, offers parking, healthcare and a hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office)

The role

Working with the wider HR team this is a sole charge recruitment role in which you will be working both on the delivery of the recruitment needs for the business and also implementing best practice, new ways of working.

Working with management team to establish requirements and design job descriptions

Train hiring managers in interview techniques

Proactively source candidates for roles across all departments within the organisation.

Schedule interviews and if required attend interviews

Shortlisting candidates

Giving candidates feedback

On-boarding of successful candidates

Advertise jobs on various job board and Linkedin

Work on the introduction of an ATS in the future

Salary bench-marking

Updating job descriptions

Update recruitment policies and procedures

GDPR compliance

What you will need to be successful

You will need to have experience of working either in a Talent Acquisition role and have experience both in generating candidates, working proactively with tools such as linkedin and job boards but also will have experience of changing processes / procedures of even introducing these to this newly created role.

The role needs someone hands on able to deliver recruitment solutions so you will need to be a proactive individual, with excellent attention to detail and be very well organised.

In the long term there will be an opportunity to be involved in projects such as succession planning, building a pipeline, review of the ATS, reviewing induction process amongst other areas of development.

You will need to demonstrate a background of working in recruitment / talent and an ability to deal with the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Good at multi-tasking and prioritisation you will need to be a confident communicator and able to interact with people at all levels.

You will need to have gained your experience in a professional services environment.
