Talent Acquisition Manager (full time office based)

Wantage, Oxfordshire

42,000-45,000 plus benefits

The company

A multi-site and well -established business that has recently experienced a period of change and growth now have a newly created role for someone with experience in Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition to join them and manage their internal recruitment process.

This role is based in the office full time and the business has sites across the UK therefore you will need to be flexible with also travelling occasionally across the UK.

The role

Working in a professional business with sites across the UK - this is a sole charge role where you will work with managers across sites and therefore there is a requirement for someone to travel to support managers. The role will include:

Succession planning

Working with management teams across the UK and support them with their recruitment, advising on best practice, being involved in interview processes when required, advising on adverting jobs

Recruitment across the UK for Management and Head off staff - this will include, advertising, dealing with responses, interviewing and management of employee on boarding, contracts and other relevant processes

Working with the HR team to review compensation and benefits package offered by the business

Working with the business to ensure that recruitment targets are being met

Develop strategies for recruitment

Analysis of competitors

Develop and maintain relationships across the business and ensuring communication is clear and people are informed

Support with general HR projects as and when they arise

What you will need to be successful

A background within Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is required to be considered for this role. Preference is that you will have worked in a multi-site operation and therefore be experienced in dealing with the challenges that this can have.

Hands on - creative, strategic and able to deal with high volumes of work

An ability to train and mentor / coach managers ensuring that they are better able to deal with their own recruitment needs.

A positive individual with the ability to "think outside the box" and come up with solutions
