The company

At a hugely critical time of growth this is an opportunity for someone with a background in Talent Acquisition (within Fin Tech sector) to join an impressive business and support senior management teams to ensure that the growth plans are delivered by attracting the high calibre individuals into the organisation.

The role

Working with the senior management team this role will allow the successful individual to:

Set up and implement talent acquisition strategies

Improve the company's brand

Plan and prioritise recruitment strategy

Source, attract, interview and ensure successful recruitment plans are in place

Work with a ATS system

Build on going pipeline of potential applicants through networking

Work with management teams to create job descriptions

Ensure on boarding runs smoothly

Report on a monthly basis to the leadership team

What you will need to be successful

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in Talent Acquisition and will also need to have working in the Fin Tech space.

A proactive individual able to set up and be a strategist in recruitment as well as being hands on and delivering against expectations to hire.

Familiar with networking sites, social media and advertising forums and how best to attract top talent

Experience of interviewing and various methodologies

Good communication skills, an ability to influence and an ability to work in a fast changing, evolving business
