Talent Acquisitions Lead - Hybrid

The role
A combination role where you will be both strategic, operation and deliver with the talent acquisition teams a successful candidate journey. The role includes:
Succession planning for current and future potential roles within the organisation
Providing analysis on trends
Champion the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Reporting ROI
Review processes and procedures ensuring changes are made to enhance and deliver best practice
Develop processes as and when required
Analysis and presentation of reporting
What you will need to be successful
Experience of working in Global talent management and development of processes and frameworks.
Experience of working and providing reports such as ROI and meaningful analysis
Excellent experience in understanding current technologies and platforms to aid the talent acquisition process
Track record within Talent Acquisitions and able to support international recruitment
Ability to travel internationally as required
