The company & Role

Wade Macdonald HR are working with a global business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator. Working as part of a large and very friendly team, key features of the role are: -

  • Extensive interview scheduling across multiple timezones

  • Generate contracts & offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment and new hire activities.

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline hiring process and improve our candidates experiences.

  • Contribute to recruiting projects,

  • Support social media and publicity efforts to attract talent.

  • Ability to accurately enter and manage sensitive computer data and manual records.

  • Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, professionally, efficiently and deliver on multiple work initiatives at one time.
