SME Finance Manager - Up To £45,000 Based on Experience - Camberley

The company

Wade Macdonald are delighted to be working alongside a thriving business in the Camberley area who are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

The role

This position is hands on and will encompass strategic decision making and analysis. Working alongside the CEO and CFO, duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Overall preparation and submission of company management accounts

  • Company month-end duties

  • Variance analysis

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Dealing with Profit and Loss accounts

  • Revenue reconciliation

  • Assisting with maintaining and growing a niche and dynamic finance team

What you'll need to be successful

In order to ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate will be a finalist or a qualified member of a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and will demonstrate progression throughout their career. Further qualities include:

  • Highly analytical

  • A decision maker who is looking to progress a company

  • Proven experience in the hands-on finance function of an SME

  • The ability to provide immediate worth from the outset

  • Knowledge and experience of using accounting systems
