The company & Role

Working for a global FMCG business, we are looking for an experienced and credible HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will partner with the senior leadership team based in a fast-paced manufacturing site.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Solid grounding in HR operations within a unionised environment

  • Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or retail

  • Strong UK employment law experience (incl. risk and legislation)

  • Strong employee relations experience

  • Be able to work collaboratively and with agility in a credible manner

You will have previously delivered results in change management, managing positive employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management, amongst other generalist areas. This is an excellent opportunity for you to play a leading role in a major site transformation project.
