The company & Role

Working for a prestigious corporate business, the Senior HR Reward Analyst will work closely with the HR team and wider business to provide reward analysis and generalist HR reporting that will lead the delivery on key reward and benefits processes. The role will provide commercially focused and pragmatic support on operational Reward matters and a variety of generalist HR projects as required. Key features include:

  • Provide financial analysis, modelling and process management on various matters associated with an employee's total compensation including salary review, benefits, bonus scheme and Long Term Incentive Plans.

  • Create and refine new and existing incentive schemes to support the development of the business.

  • Conduct bench-marking analysis, working with externally appointed suppliers as appropriate, to help formulate views and provide recommendations on new and existing reward policies.

  • Complete market surveys and produce appropriate regulatory returns, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.

  • Work with key external remuneration advisers, as required.

  • Support and work collaboratively with the HR Operations Manager to manage the annual flexible benefit elections, and HR system management.

  • Act as key liaison between HR and Finance, ensuring adherence to the firm budget.

  • Work with the wider HR team to design and deliver appropriate strategies which effectively communicate and educate employees on key reward projects or processes.

  • Design and deliver HR dashboard reporting that helps inform the business and its client groups on key HR performance indicators and project deliverables.

  • Support the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts.

  • Provide advice and support to HR Business Partners and HR Associates on HR generalist matters, taking ownership as necessary to help deliver the right client outcomes.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong analytical, numerical and modelling skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Previous reward experience or CIPD qualified with Long Term Incentive Plan knowledge desirable.

  • A track record working in a matrix organisation with a close working relationship with Finance.

  • Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation.

  • Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.

  • Resilient, approachable and confident.

  • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Strong influencing skills and is able to adapt style to different audiences.
