We offer hybrid working (up to 3 days a week at home), we give a half day every other Friday for free as we appreciate the importance of work-life balance, have just implemented a new EAP, offer 2 charity days a year (on top of the 26 days holiday) and will give you all the technology you need from Day 1 (including LinkedIn recruiter).

The role itself is as with most 360 degree positions - we will pass existing relationships to you, but also expect you to build your own. What we can promise is that you will not be micro-managed. We will work with you to find the best strategies to build your markets, but will not be constantly checking in (unless you want us to).
