Senior Payroll Administrator - Near High Wycombe, Bucks.
£26,000 - £30,000
The company
Working for a well-established firm of accountant with a superb reputation in their field, they currently require someone with Payroll experience to join a great team.
The role
Working with approximately 30-40 clients you will be responsible for;
Management of their payroll including any administration
Maintaining accuracy.
Liaising with both clients and dealing with queries
Liaising with HMRC and dealing with relevant queries
Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting
Ensuring information for auto enrolment is successfully dealt with
Processing of both months and weekly payrolls
Preparing payroll reports
What you will need to be successful
You must have experience of working in payroll and be up to date with all statutory reporting including SSP, SNP, SMP.
As you will deal with multiple clients you will need to have either worked in a firm or for payroll bureau but you must be able to show experience in these area.
Good communication skills are vital as you will need to liaise effectively with both internal and external groups
Able to work to tight deadlines
