** Senior HR Co-ordinator/Payroller - Slough - 3 Mths Initially - circa £135 per day **

The company & Role

Working for a global business, the Senior HR Co-ordinator/Payroller will be responsible for providing a 1st class level of proactive and professional HR advisory and administrative support including payroll to approximately 100 staff in the UK and 40 expatriate staff based overseas. The ideal candidate will take administrative ownership and process of the employee life cycle from recruitment to termination.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Demonstrable basic employment law knowledge and its practical application

  • Experience of providing 1st level HR advice to managers and employees.

  • Good knowledge and experience of running a monthly payroll

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in HR, Recruitment and Benefits administration
