Our Client:
I am very excited to be partnering with a hugely successful wealth management business who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner who has the 'wow factor' to join their team! You will be partnering predominantly with the finance client group that is now going through a period of change due to acquisition. It will be hybrid working, paying £65,000 to £70,000 and it will incorporate some exciting project work! A background in financial services or similar is preferred but 'fit' is key so their is flexibility.


The ideal candidate will be working in conjunction with a well respected Senior HR Director and be a true partner to the business. You will have energy, be confident in decision making and happy to work at pace. The ideal candidate will have supported head office functions, but there is flexibility if you are the right 'fit'.


About The Role:
The Senior HR Business partner will work closely with the wider HR and management teams supporting the delivery of key objectives. Providing pragmatic and commercially minded solutions this role will lead by example and support employees throughout the organisation.

What You Will Need:
The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, confident, have gravitas and a 'get the job done' attitude. You will also have: -

  • In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex issues
  • Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets
  • Resilient, approachable and confident
  • CIPD qualified ideally
  • Ideally previous business partnering experience supporting Head Office Functions
