Senior HR Business Partner
Nottinghamshire (hybrid - 2 days per week on site)
65,000 - 75,000 plus car allowance and bonus

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals and objectives, providing HR guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and working across departments in the business to lead initiatives. Partnering across the business to implement HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
The role
Working with the leadership team and delivering the people and culture strategy this role will include:
Delivery of strategy and objectives, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
Driving strategic growth.
Collaboration with both the People and Culture teams as well as other leaders within the business.
Analysing data and ensuring that the information is used to understand the current and future needs and challenges, ensuring that solutions are identified and implemented.
Support and develop operating models.
Delivering an agenda that adds value and considering the impact.
Working in partnership with the talent team and implementing a talent strategy
Reviewing succession planning and ensuring that the business has a pipeline of talent to mirror planned growth.
Dealing with complex ER issues.
Ensuring compliance and leading projects on governance and risks.
Maintaining the company ethos and ensuring that coaching and diversity and inclusiveness is championed across the business.
What you need to be successful
You will need to be an experienced HR Business Partner with a background of working within Matrix organisation and working all levels within a business having experience in dealing with diverse workforces.
Commercial acumen
Implementation of people strategy.
Able to work in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Experience of working with senior leaderships team.
Able to influence outcomes.
Project management skills.
Managing change and transformation agendas.
