** Senior HR Business Partner (Financial Services) - Permanent - The City of London/Hybrid - £75,000 to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits **

Our Client:

I am very excited to be partnering with a hugely successful wealth management business who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner with strong analytical skills who has the 'wow factor' to join their team! You will be partnering predominantly with the Business Services client group that is now going through a period of change due to acquisition. A background in financial services or similar is preferred but 'fit' is key so their is flexibility.

The ideal candidate will be working in conjunction with a well-respected Senior HR Director and be a true partner to the business. You will have energy, be confident in decision making, happy to work at pace and work collaboratively.

About The Role:

The Senior HR Business partner will work closely with the wider HR and management teams supporting the delivery of key objectives. Providing pragmatic and commercially minded solutions this role will lead by example and support employees throughout the organisation.

What You Will Need:

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, confident, have gravitas and a 'get the job done' attitude. You will also have: -

· In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people related issues.

· Strong analytical skills influencing skills and is able to adapt style to different audiences.

· Ability to design and deliver MI, interpret results to identity trends which translate to HR initiatives, present data to senior management.

· Understanding of the internal structure and commercials within Professional Services

· Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation.

· Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.

· Resilience yet, approachable and confident.

· Has gravitas and is able to build credibility easily.
