** Senior HR Advisor (Italian/French) - Henley on Thames - £40,000 to £50,000 - 6M FTC **

Wade Macdonald is currently working with an investment management organisation based in beautiful Oxfordshire. The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting HR Business Partners in delivering excellent HR support to employees and managers.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Establishing relationships with employees and managers, assisting with policy related queries

  • Working closely with HR BP's on employee relation cases across EMEA

  • Assisting HR managers with hiring requisitions

  • Submitting PeopleSoft transaction forms for employee changes

  • Working collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure high quality HR provisions

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Proven ability managing complex employee relations issues including employee grievances

  • Experience analysing and presenting HR-related data and reports

  • Highly proficient with data systems, preferably PeopleSoft and Taleo, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office

  • Technical HR knowledge across the broad spectrum of the HR functions such as compensation, benefits, organisational development, people development, talent acquisition, employee relations

  • Italian or French speaker (highly desirable)
