Interim Senior EMEA Payroll Specialist - based near Slough, Berkshire
Pay rate: £28-£35 per hour (via limited or umbrella company)
This impressive organisation is going through a rapid period of change and growth and as a result have need for a Senior EMEA Payroll Specialist - someone who has worked across multiple countries and is available at short notice for a period of approximately 3 months.
This is a temporary assignment and therefore the client is looking for someone who is available immediately or at short notice. In this role you will deal with supervising and co-ordinating the EMEA payroll and the role includes:
Developing and implementing new and/or revised policies/procedures
Assist in the development, implementation and reporting of payroll KPI's
Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
Analyzing of Payroll
Review and approve supplier invoice
Dealing with queries
Balance sheet reconciliation for payroll related costs
Provide monthly analysis for payroll P&L reconciliations.
What you'll need to be successful
As this is a hands on role you will need to have experience of:
End to end payroll including European Payroll.
Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
A full understanding of the role of Payroll activities, including Basic European legislation.
MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills at intermediate level or better
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player.
