What you will do in this role:

Chase overdue accounts and invoices

Manage payment allocations and reconcile unallocated payments

Review and maintain customer credit limits

Resolve customer invoice queries

Prepare monthly statements
-
Assist with various payment methods

Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues

Provide cover for the Credit Control Manager during absences
