Senior Accountant, Near Beaconsfield, £30,000 - £36,000

The company

Wade Macdonald are partnering with an exciting and ever-growing accountancy practice who are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team near Beaconsfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who is looking to grow their experience within a thriving work environment.

Taking on and growing your own portfolio of clients, you will manage various aspects of the finance function such as;

  • Manage client relationships with outstanding customer care
  • Prepare annual accounts for a variety of clients
  • VAT return reviews and submissions
  • Monthly management account preparation with client commentary
  • Review junior team member-prepared payrolls
  • Prepare annual director tax returns
  • Statutory accounts preparation

What you will need to be successful

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • AAT/ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualification, candidates who are QBE will also be considered
  • Great attention to details
  • Working knowledge of IRIS and Xero accountancy software
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Outstanding customer service
