In order to be successful :-

Experience of a Salesforce

Devising and creating system and end-user documentation

Advanced Excel skills

The ability to coach and train internal users in an approachable, user friendly manner

Key responsibilities :-

Undertaking day to day systems administration

Ensuring all process automation functions are developed with robust controls

Systems enhancement and improvement in conjunction with external developers

Resolving and rectifying internal user issues

Supporting the creation and development of reports and dashboards

Embedding new operational processes
