Talent Acquisition Specialist - (Sales Specialist)
Reading, Berkshire (flexible home working)
Salary: 60,000-75,000 + extensive benefits and bonus
An impressive organisation with a huge amount to offer someone from a Sales Recruitment background. In-House working in Sales Recruitment and wants to join a progressive technology business ? Working in Sales recruitment for an agency and able to demonstrate success in account management ? Either would suit this role.
Working with senior management across the organisation this role is hands on and includes:
Proactively working to recruit within for the Sales and Marketing teams for UK and parts of EMEA
Partnering with hiring managers, guiding them, advising them and supporting them
Defining recruitment strategies
Sourcing, proactively through network, reviewing applications, the best possible people for roles within the business
Thinking creatively and having ideas on best methods of candidate attraction
Develop a network
Report on metrics
Working with the businesses ATS system
Working with recruitment resources to ensure they understand the brief
Delivering the best possible recruitment process for both candidates engaging and hiring managers
What you will need to be successful
A background in successfully sourcing, attraction and pipe-lining Sales professionals from technology markets is required, whether an in-house / talent acquisition role or from an agency background where you can evidence account management and an ability to be successful with business requirements.
Proven ability to project manage multiple vacancies
Able to work with hiring managers and truly understand the brief but also supporting them with ideas
Ability to clarify and identify suitable candidates
Experience of working with ATS
As you would expect an ability to interact both internally and externally in a professional and friendly manner.
