Sales Order Processor - Reading - £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

A fantastic and interesting tech business based in Reading.
The role
After a period of growth, this supportive business are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their busy team. Reporting into the Team Leader, the Sales Order Processor will need to work to strict deadlines and be responsible for all order processing. The duties of the Sales Order Processor will include:
Ensuring orders are put through the correct approval channels to meet contractual, legal and business requirements.
Verifying customer orders
Entering customer orders onto the software
Despatching customer orders & licence key generation
Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers
Creating customer support contracts
Raising all customer invoices
Raising customer credit notes and re-invoicing where required
What you'll need to be successful
With experience already gained and having already worked in a similar environment you will have experience in the above duties. Working in a team you will need to have:
Previous experience in a similar position
Strong time management skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient Excel skills
A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
