Sales Ledger & Cash Allocation Assistant - Basildon- Temp to Perm - immediate start - £10-£12 per hour

The company

An established business with sites across the UK and an impressive brand are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join them on a temporary basis with a view to securing a permanent role.

The role

  • Reconcile and Scan all cheques.

  • Process the cheques for banking.

  • Download electronic payments.

  • Download payments.

  • Allocate payments.

  • Manage monthly journals.

  • Liaise with banking team and manage any errors, omissions or misallocations.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to working in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good MS Office knowledge.
