£21,000 - £22,000, Henley-on-Thames, study support

Our Client:

We have been approached by a well-established and reputable organisation who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator. This is a superb opportunity to join a supportive and respected organisation who are offering study support and excellent benefits.

About The Role:

The Sales Ledger Administrator will work across the finance team and support the Finance Manager on a day-to-day basis with the credit control function and overall sales ledger function. You will have good Excel, and ideally experience within administration or an accounts department.

  • Monitoring payment discrepancies, refunds, credit card changes and returns
  • Assisting the Finance Manager on a daily basis
  • Putting together financial data for direct debit collection
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Maintaining and organising the financial filling system
  • Assist with chasing any outstanding balances and any accounting projects in the office
  • Make the role your own as the company grows
  • Assist with providing relevant information for the year-end audit processes
  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date
  • Comfortable with systems and data processing
  • Assisting members with any technical queries
  • Provide support for staff in data entry and basic management

What you will need to be successful:

  • Good excel skills (pivot tables)
  • Previous admin or accounts department experience (desirable)
  • Good accuracy when completing data entry tasks
  • A friendly, upbeat and hardworking attitude
  • Good time management skills
  • IT literature, experience with MS Office experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (email/telephone/face to face)
