Our Client:

We have been approached by a global organisation who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding organisation who are at the forefront of their sector and who are looking for a pro-active Sales Ledger Administrator.

About The Role:

An experienced Sales Ledger Administrator who will work across the finance team and liaise closely with all stakeholders in order to support company management, utilisation and reporting of cash. The role would be ideal for someone who has worked within the construction industry and have some experience of CIS, with strong administrative and communication skills.

  • Raise sales invoices
  • Posting and reporting daily receipts
  • Provide analytical support for reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Analyse and explain reasons for variance differences
  • Liaising with financial systems team to assist in the development of monthly and quarterly forecasting functionality
  • Assist with SAP regression testing

What you will need to be successful:

You will need to have worked within the construction industry and have some experience of CIS with experience in a similar role. You will have strong administrative skills, with emphasis on accuracy rather than speed and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels.

  • Knowledge of SAP processing systems and CIS awareness
  • Good attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Microsoft Office and SAP skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate at a high level whilst dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a prompt manner
  • An understanding of contract accounting and terminology
