The company
Great opportunity to join a lovely school, with hybrid working and free parking are offered, but they do require some flexibility and you may need to work some weekends in the summer months. Looking for someone to work and support the sales teams and deal with general administration so experience of admin required.
The role
Supporting sales team ensuring they have marketing information
Co-ordinate bookings for the sales team
Produce sales invoices
Maintain accurate information for documents are needed
Ensure any visas and sales agreements are correctly filed
General office administration including answering the phone, welcoming visitors
What you will need to be successful
Good experience of working in administration in an office environment is required and they are looking for someone who has good knowledge with systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good time management and organisational skills are also needed
What you will receive in return
Hybrid working is available and the organisation operate 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch. They do require someone who would be flexible and be able to accommodate working late sometimes and occasionally at the weekends over the summer.
