£22,000 - £28,000 (dependent upon experience), Banbury

Our Client:

We have just been approached by a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation who are recruiting for a Retail Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation who are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Retail Business Analyst.

About The Role:

An all-round Retail Business Analyst who will be supporting the Retail Business Partner, responsible for the analysis of financial opportunities and providing daily reports and support to the retail sales department

  • Managing monthly, quarterly and annual rebate provisions
  • Track rebate accrual rates
  • Attending monthly meetings providing financial analysis where required
  • Producing weekly and month end reports
  • Producing daily and monthly sales forecasts for Retail team
  • Supporting with year-end audits with reports and analysis
  • Supporting the Retail Business Partner with annual sales budget

What you will need to be successful:

Previous experience working in a commercial focused finance department, with a basic understanding of accounting principles and a confident, eager to learn and improve attitude.

  • Previous experience in a commercially focused Finance department
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
  • AAT or CIMA part-qualified (desirable)
  • SAP software experience (desirable)
