Regional Finance Manager - Fully Remote - £39500

The Organisation:

A large charity who supports thousands of people with complex needs to lead ordinary lives in their communities. On the verge of celebrating being half a century old, they seek a Regional Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role, although you will need to be a driver and able to attend monthly meetings in the Southwest.

The Role

You will partner with the Operational Director to ensure that your Region achieves strong financial performance.

  • Input into regional strategies, ensuring financial viability
  • Support and guide the Regional Managing Director's growth objectives
  • Negotiating existing and new contracts
  • Attending & presenting at regional meetings
  • Attend Budget meetings, ensuring that budgets are relevant
  • Ensuring audits are completed and issues identified are rectified
  • Review Management accounts for completeness and post relevant amendments
  • Act as a comprehensive support function to Regional Operations for ad-hoc tasks and future organisational projects
  • Investigate queries raised by the Central Finance team

The Successful Candidate:

You will be a part-qualified or qualified accountant with strong communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and ideally have experience of business partnering.
