** Recruitment Specialist (Care Industry) – 12 Month FTC - £40,000 to £45,000 + Car Allowance – Slough – 3 Days Office & 2 Day Home **
Our Client & About the Role:
I’m delighted to be working with this highly regarded privately owned care company who are going through a very exciting stage! As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be supporting the Head of HR, the wider team of 5. This role will require a small amount of regional travel, mainly in the South, 2 to 3 days a month. This is a super role that will require someone who enjoys an element of creative thinking and strategic work. Key features include:
- Recruitment for Head Office and some of the care homes
- Managing recruitment days
- Training on ‘best practice’
- Reviewing and developing the recruitment strategy
- Developing and increasing social media presence
- Creating a company home page for various job boards
- Supporting and developing initiatives e.g. look at local colleges to contact, increase local marketing etc.
- Be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s values.
What you will need to be Successful
As well as solid recruitment experience, the ideal candidate will have a health/care, social care or medical background, be creative, analytical, be able to look at processes/data and have some strategic experience.
