The company & Role
Wade Macdonald is currently working alongside a large production business in Maidenhead. They are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their HR team at their beautiful countryside offices. The role involves working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, building strong relationships and understanding role requirements. Key features include: -

* Managing the recruitment activities, including interviewing candidates and job advertisement
* Arranging all interviews at requested sites or Head Office
* Act as a key contact for candidates and recruitment agencies
* Organising and ensuring open days at Sites run smoothly
* Completing all recruitment administration in a timely manner

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join an exciting growing business. Working on a varied range of roles (engineers, drivers, customer service), previous recruitment experience is essential alongside a high level of computer skills, excellent communication and organisation skills.

What you'll need to be successful
The ideal candidate will be robust, confident, articulate and have the ability to visit other regional sites on a weekly basis (A full clean driving licence is essential).
