Salary 25,000-28,000
Wokingham (outside of town so need to drive)
Hybrid Working after probation

The role
This is a hands on role in which you will support the HR team and the role will include:
Deal with recruitment - arranging interviews, placing adverts and dealing with responses including sending out rejections
360 employee life-cycle - including on boarding, off boarding
Dealing with employment checks - including references, dbs, right to work
Ensuring information is updated with regards to inductions, reviews, probation processes
Deal with queries
Ensure that hr system and all relevant files are kept up to date
Dealing with visa application and work permits
Booking training course
Keeping information such as annual leave, starters, sickness records up to date
What you will need to be successful
The role is based in the office 5 days per week and therefore would suit someone who is happy to work in an office full time.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills
Good Outlook, Excel and Word
Good numeracy skills
Previous experience in admin and good organisation skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience of working in a similar role that demonstrates your skills in HR and Recruitment
