Wade Macdonald have been offered an opportunity to work with a fun and energetic Accounts Payable team based in High Wycombe.

The role

Are you looking to join a stable family felt team? This role will provide the right candidate with variation showing different aspects of Purchase Ledger. You will be set with tasks but the tasks are not limited.

  • Reconciliations
  • Organising or supplier runs
  • Chasing and resolving queries via email and telephone
  • Checking and coding invoices
  • Maintaining and setting up new suppliers
  • Ad hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

  • Ability and understanding of Sage 200
  • Attention to details
  • Able to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain strict deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables and V-Lookups)
