£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Bracknell, hybrid working (1-2 days in the office max)


Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting a Project Billing Analyst for a highly successful, growing business going from strength to strength, based in Bracknell. This position within the business will be suited towards someone just beginning their studies and seeking a projects-oriented role or an experienced finance analyst looking for a more projects-oriented role in a company. The role will provide support on all project finances, including sales reconciliations, payment schedules, and client billing.

Responsibilities of the Project Billing Analyst:

  • Providing support on all project finances (this would include sales reconciliations, payment schedules and client billing)
  • Reconciliation of project finances
  • Creating & updating payment schedules and project financial statements
  • Developing productive working relationships across the company globally
  • Supporting Global Project Managers with financial information
  • Supporting the proposal team with costing input
  • Working with and accurately converting between multiple currencies
  • Interfacing and developing relationships at all levels within the business

Skills and experience - about you:

  • Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience within a similar role or analytical position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
