The Company & Role
Based in a beautiful rural setting, I am very excited to be partnering with a great and rather unique retail business. They are looking to recruit a proactive People & Culture Administrator to work closely with the HR Director (who is super lovely!). The ideal candidate will be very friendly, approachable and will provide efficient and effective HR support across the business and throughout the employee life-cycle. Key features include: -

  • Assisting with appraisal and staff development
  • HR database up keeping and reporting
  • HR advice and guidance
  • Payroll assistance to pass on to payroll bureau

What you'll need to be successful
This is a great opportunity for someone to come in, get cracking and make a difference! If you have 2 to 3 years HR experience, have an enthusiastic personality and eager to progress in your HR career, this role would be perfect!
