Pensions Administration Manager


£35,000 - £45,000

The company

Opportunity for someone with experience already gained in Pensions administration to join a well-established and progressive organisation. In the current climate, this role will be recruited remotely using Team or Zoom based facilities.

The role

As a professional with experience in Pensions Management in this role you will deal with:

Management of a client portfolio including being a proactive member and working to gain new clients

Work with the project team and have input with regarding to potential renewals and projects that may be forth coming

Supervising the work of others and mentoring them

Ensuring compliance

Ensuring that hours are billed correctly

Working with the team to identify objectives

Being proactive and looking at new ways of working, reviewing and looking at processes and procedures

Being a representative of your team and its work

What you will need to be successful

To be considered for this role you will need have recently worked within Pensions administration and be up to date with all legislation relating to pensions. You will need:

Experience in defined contributions schemes

Experience of managing, mentoring and influencing a team

Background of presenting information

To be confident individual able to communicate effectively with people across all levels

To be a proactive and accurate individual

To be able to work to tight deadlines
