Pensions Administrator - Reading

The company

Opportunity for a Pensions Administrator to join this impressive and well-established business based in the heart of Reading. As a business they are passionate about people and strive to offer both a progressive and professional environment.

The role

  • Performing various administration tasks e.g. handling of new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths, this includes:
  • Updating pension databases and systems.
  • Logging and scanning post
  • Handling queries.
  • Performing manual benefits calculations.
  • Producing letters
  • Amending of information on database
  • Working closely with other departments

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience in pensions administration is required
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (v look ups & pivot tables)
  • A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
  • NetSuite systems knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
