Payroll Specialist - £22,000 - £30,000 Based on Experience - Central Reading

The company

Wade Macdonald are supporting a fantastic, rapidly growing business based in Reading town centre with the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist.

The role

This role focuses on accurately dealing with client payroll portfolios. As a result of this, duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • End to end client payroll processing

  • Managing the entire auto enrolment process

  • Ensuring HMRC deadlines are met, including filing deadlines and payment deadlines

  • Reconciliation and management of client monies to client call account

  • Assisting the wider payroll team with queries and processing matters

What you'll need to be successful

  • Proven experience dealing with high volume payroll

  • Excellent client facing skills

  • Willingness to learn and progress

  • CIPP qualification, however not essential

  • Strong systems experience

  • Analytical, driven and accurate in overall conduct
