Payroll Manager - Up To £50,000 Based on Experience + Amazing Benefits - Surrey
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be working alongside a leader within their sector, who are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to join their finance department on a full time basis.
The main responsibility for this role is to accurately process high volume Payroll from start to finish. Alongside this, you will be responsible for improving the overall payroll process for the company, whilst providing process analysis. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Calculating SSP & SMP
Liaising with, and processing HMRC forms
Acting as first point of contact between departments with any related queries
Assisting senior management personnel within Finance when reviewing policies
What you'll need to be successful
The ideal professional for this position should hold the following qualities and experiences:
Experience in dealing with high volume payroll
Experience in dealing with manual calculations
Advanced Excel skill
Excellent organisational qualities
Up to date Payroll legislation knowledge
Excellent in both written and oral communication
Multi systems experience
Experience in auto enrolment
A driven leader
Strong experience of international payroll processing
It is essential that applicants have exposure to NHS payroll.
