Payroll & Payments Administrator - £22,000 - £24,000 - Central Reading
The company
A fantastic SME Accounting business based in the heart of Reading.

The role
Due to a rapid period of growth this fantastic business are looking for a Payroll & Payments Administrator to join their busy team. The duties of the Payroll & Payments Administrator would include:

  • Processes multiple company contractor payrolls via online timesheet system with links to Accounts Payable/Receivable in accounting software
  • Dispatch contractor remittance advices and sales invoices weekly
  • Manage Ltd company payrolls on a weekly basis
  • Handle questions and queries regarding payrolls internally and externally
  • Manage daily bank reconciliations via the accounting system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Gross Profit reports

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous payroll experience including SMP (Shared Parental Leave)
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) or Sage 50 Payroll
  • Previous experience of (high volume invoice processing)
  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Word & Outlook)
