The company

Are you currently working within Payroll? Are you keen to take on some HR responsibilities? Looking for a new challenge?

I am currently working with a fantastic company who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team.

The role

You will be reporting to the reward manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time

  • Liaising with all third parties

  • Maintaining statutory obligations including PAYE, SSP, SMP/SPP

  • Providing administrative support when required, including updating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets

  • Dealing with queries

  • Producing monthly reports

  • Monthly reconciliations for tax, national insurance and pension

  • Other Adhoc duties

What you need to be successful

You will have previous experience working within Payroll as well as:

  • Basic knowledge of HR & employment law (Desired)

  • Intermediate level of excel including pivot tables and V-look ups

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
