Payroll Advisor




The company
I am currently working with a business known for their fantastic culture who are seeking a Payroll Advisor to join their thriving team.

The role

You will be providing advice, support and practical help to all users and managers of the HR & payroll system, as well as:

  • General administration responsibilities of the HR and Payroll system

  • Dealing with any payroll queries by phone and email efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Responsible for salary advances requests, providing P45 and P60s to past employees, transfer of positions & AOE

  • Supporting the managers in preparing for payroll cut off days

  • Ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

You will have at least 2 years' experience working within a fast paced payroll team as well as:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Great interpersonal skills with excellent time management

  • Studying towards a payroll qualification (desirable)

  • Intermediate level of excel including V-look ups and Pivot Tables
