Payroll Administrator - Wokingham - £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
The company
A fantastic well known business based in Wokingham, due to a rapid period of growth this global business are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
The role
Reporting into the Payroll Manager the Payroll Administrator will manage the end to end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. The duties of the Payroll Administrator will include:
Preparation of bank payments
Liaise with directors and partners to arrange timely submission pf payments
delivery of payroll outputs (P45s & payslips)
Submission of RTI returns
Accurately preparation of monthly/weekly/fortnightly/quarterly payrolls
Covering peers with processing payrolls as absence cover and during payroll peak times
Preparation and management of database
What you'll need to be successful
With experience already gained and having already worked in a financial environment you will have experience in the above duties. Working in a team you will need to have:
Previous experience in payroll or a similar position
Strong time management skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient Excel skills
A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
